Call (0800-0450)

You can call for free and anonymously with a trained volunteer. Every day between 14:00 and 22:00.

100% confidential

We don’t know who you are, and you don’t have to tell us. Your phone bill won’t show our calls and we can’t see your phone number or internet address.

You can discuss anything

Are you feeling down? Are you having problems at work, with your studies, or at school? Are you having troubles at home? Are you worried about the future? Are you bothered by something and you just need to get it off your chest? Maybe you have no idea why, but you just feel bad. You can discuss anything. No subject is too strange or weird and no problem is too small or too big.

You’re in control

Our volunteers are trained to truly listen to you, without judging. You get all the time to tell us your story. If you want, we can help you think about how to take a step in the right direction. However, you always remain in control.

Who will I talk with?

With a trained volunteer your age or older who...:

  • ... listens with care and without judgement
  • ... can relate to your story
  • ... helps you to figure out how to get ahead of your situation

Totally free

Calling and chatting with the Alles Oké? Supportlijn (Everything Alright? Support Line) is completely free. It’s 100% free of obligations with no strings attached whatsoever.

The contact with the volunteer has given me insight into how I can continue, so that I feel a lot better about myself. Glad it's here and it's free too!
Now that my relationship is over, I felt the need to talk to someone about it. It was also good, for example, that the volunteer does not know my ex at all.
I experience a lot of stress because of my studie and because I feel my life has to seem perfect to others.  I was very relieved after telling my story to the volunteer.
It's cool that you can also chat and that it's all anonymous. I'm not much of a talker and I was able to tell my story in the chat. It was amazing how much time they had for me.
It's weird that you always think you're the only one who is dealing with something. Because the volunteer told me that this happens more often, I was not longer ashamed of my feelings.
