Chatting and calling with us is anonymous and your story is always safe with us. We don't know who you are and we don't need to know: you only tell what you want to.
These examples are based on conversations our volunteers actually had. So they are derived from real situations. We have adjusted facts, circumstances and personal data of the people involved. A specific person or a conversation can never be recognized in the story. We share the stories because it's good to know you're not the only one with a question or problem.
